This is a game used baseball that was used during the 10/24/2006 Detroit Tigers @ St. Louis Cardinals World Series Game 3. This ball was used for a pitch thrown by Zach Miner to Albert Pujols in the Bottom of the 8th inning which was a foul tip by Albert for strike 2. The Cardinals won the game 5-0 to take a 2-1 series lead. This item has been authenticated by MLB.com and contains a Major League Baseball Authentication hologram. This came directly from the Cardinals. It is very rare to find any World Series items that are authenticated by MLB.com and even more rarer finding an authenticated item involving ALbert Pujols.
